Project Description

The aim of this project is the continuous development of materials and processes for the fabrication of high-performance organic thin-film transistors. This includes the evaluation of a large number of organic semiconductor materials, the systematic improvement of the critical performance parameters of organic transistors (e.g., contact resistance, transit frequency, subthreshold slope), the further improvement of the long-term stability of organic transistors, and the integration of organic transistors into high-performance analog and digital integrated circuits.
